We have been having all kinds of problem with our boxes for the past two weeks. They have stoped controlling the TV and our stereo. We can’t get it to turn on, we have to unplug and plug it back in. It’s locked up while using the guide a couple of times and needed to by unplugged. I’m assuming there was an update that may have some bugs to work out? Anyone else having these problems?

AS previously mentioned in previous threads, you are experiencing power supply problems to the TelusTv-21T tuner. Buy a 12v power adapter and it works well again. This should now be a known fix. OR you can continue to contact support and someone may send you a new tuner which comes with a new power cord that will make it work normal again for a time.
It’s also now starting the randomly drop it’s internet connection at the same time state the internet connection is restored. Error code ; ERR_PLAYER_P202. I have to change the channel for it to restore the picture.

Have noticed the same thing over the last 2 weeks on a couple of our boxes. Especially the boxes freezing when in the guide. When that happens, none of the buttons on the remote function. As Cobra97 stated, the only solution is to unplug and reboot.
