Telus Wifi cannot access homedepot.ca but using phone data no problem
We just moved into our new home and the Telus internet does not allow us to access homedepot.ca website, even though we have no problem accessing homedepot.com. We have tried different computers, br...
Problem solved. I tried to recycle the modem and router, this time for more than 10 minutes, and it finally works for me to access homedepot.ca!
Thank you for your initial suggestion; I probably did not recycle the system for long enough the first time, only 5 minutes.
Yes, we tried that, too. It did not work. A Telus technician from Philippines was on the phone with me for 2 hours and we tried various things but none worked, unfortunately. I am at a loss for what to do next.
