Telus Wifi cannot access homedepot.ca but using phone data no problem
We just moved into our new home and the Telus internet does not allow us to access homedepot.ca website, even though we have no problem accessing homedepot.com.
We have tried different computers, browsers but none helps. If our computers use our phone data instead of home wifi; they have no problem accessing the website.
When I used my phone data, I could access the website through my phone. As soon as I turned off data and use Telus wifi on my phone, I cannot access the website.
A TELUS technician spent 2 hours on the phone with me going through all possibilities but we were not able to resolve this issue.
I wonder aside from homedepot.ca how many other websites we cannot access through our TELUS home wifi and wonder if there is any solution to this? Thank you.
Problem solved. I tried to recycle the modem and router, this time for more than 10 minutes, and it finally works for me to access homedepot.ca!
Thank you for your initial suggestion; I probably did not recycle the system for long enough the first time, only 5 minutes.

Hi Sedum2026 - To fix access to homedepot.ca, you should first try power cycling your modem and router for at least five minutes. If that doesn't work, you could then try clearing your browser's cache and cookies on different devices, and temporarily disabling any VPN or proxy services.

Thank you for your suggestion. By power cycling, did you mean unplugging the router and modem? I did that and unfortunately it still does not work. We do not run any VPN or proxy and previously we also cleared our computer browser's cookies and cache on browsers we tried. Still it did not work somehow.

Have you tried incognito mode in Chrome to see if you can access the site that way?
