Telus wants $7 per month to setup email address
I recently signed up for Telus Fiber Internet, which includes 10 telus.net email accounts. When I called customer service for setup, they informed me it would cost an extra $7 per month. I'm confused since it was supposed to be included at no extra cost. Has anyone else experienced this?

On my account I have 4 emails set up that I never use. On my account they charge me $7 each and then add -$7 on each so basically $0.00. But, you don't need them, it's basically Gmail with a telus.net ending. These were setup 4 years ago and I never called customer service for setup, not sure about now.
UPDATE:
I just Googled it, it looks like they charge you $7 for each email address if you cancel your Internet service and want to retain your telus.net email address.
