TELUS TV+
I'd like my immediate family members to be able to download and use the TELUS TV+ app without sharing my same login credentials I use for billing and other TELUS services. Help with creating login profiles for family app usage?

I don't believe this is possible. Everything is tied to your Telus login credentials. You could login for them so they don't know what the credentials are.
You could also enable 2-factor authentication to prevent access via other means:
