3 years agoHmm, that's odd indeed. If you've already ensured that you're running the latest version of the app, and uninstalling/reinstalling didn't do the trick...your best bet may be to reach out to our Mobility team at 1-866-558-2273 so they can look into your profile to see if everything looks on the up and up. Optik-Kate is this something you're aware of on the issues side?
