Model is Samsung Frame QN55LS03DAFXZC, Tizen version is T-PTMDAKUC-0090-2115.3. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thanks for the detail; we've reached out to our Samsung rep to resolve this; unfortunately I don't have an ETA. Frame models from 2024 including yours are supported on our side, so we need Samsung to intervene. What you've experienced is strange as software updates should not wipe your downloaded applications, but we will get to the bottom of this shortly. Was the software updated automatically or did you sideload it from a website? And did you factory reset after the update? Thanks - trying to understand what went wrong so we can improve processes going forward.

Hi KHR, it was automatic software update. I did try factory reseting after but that did not revert the software update and the app was still missing from downloads and their app store.

Samsung has performed a change on their end and it appears that the TELUS TV+ app should now be available again for your model running Tizen 9. We've checked our Samsung TVs and it's available, but they're different models/OS versions. Can you please le us know?
