Hi,
My Samsung Frame just did a software upgrade to the latest update and now the Telus TV+ app is no longer available as it was removed from my downloads and no longer shows up in the app store. Can you provide some info on why it’s no longer available and when it will be available again?

Model is Samsung Frame QN55LS03DAFXZC, Tizen version is T-PTMDAKUC-0090-2115.3. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thanks for the detail; we've reached out to our Samsung rep to resolve this; unfortunately I don't have an ETA. Frame models from 2024 including yours are supported on our side, so we need Samsung to intervene. What you've experienced is strange as software updates should not wipe your downloaded applications, but we will get to the bottom of this shortly. Was the software updated automatically or did you sideload it from a website? And did you factory reset after the update? Thanks - trying to understand what went wrong so we can improve processes going forward.
