Telus TV+ keeps freezing

This is constantly happening, sometime for 10 seconds, sometime for minutes. I have reset/rebooted the modem and this still persists. Is this an issue for everyone? My Shaw cable never did this...

Telus TV PVR keeps deleting all recordings and scheduled
We recently switched from Shaw (July) our PVR has totally erased (including all scheduled) 8 times since July. Anyone else have this issue ?
