Telus TV+ keeps freezing
This is constantly happening, sometime for 10 seconds, sometime for minutes. I have reset/rebooted the modem and this still persists. Is this an issue for everyone? My Shaw cable never did this...

I have, rebooted them and the modem many times. problem persists.

Have you tried restarting the Optik box?
