Official Support TeamRight now you can set a series recording for 'NHL Hockey' on channels like SportsNet to catch all the games, and our team is working on team-based cloud recording so it'll recognize one specific team and just capture those. While that full automation rolls out, on our new digital Optik boxes there is the Sports Zone (https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/telus-sports-zone) where you can favourite the Canucks. This prioritizes their games in your 'Suggested' section, making it a one-click manual record if the automated series catch-all recording is a bit too broad for you.
We’ve been waiting for the favorites feature for YEARS! So glad you were able to make another layered page that is of no real use.
we still can’t even set a longer time and I am missing out on all the overtime finished because of your substandard cloud service. Your competitors have had this feature for a decade.
