Official Support TeamIf you're subscribed to an Optik package with recording then you should have access to the cloud PVR system. As for the other issues mentioned, our dev team is working on improving the experience all the time and we can definitely flag this feedback to them.
Thanks. We do have cloud PVR but it's lacking in many features of previous PVRs we've had.
