4 months agoHi ubjones - Since the sales individual advised that it is not available, it would be safe to assume that your area is not available yet. You can contact them and ask them to investigate the address if you already have fibre to your home

They don't need to contact the sales rep, as TV availability is public knowledge you can answer. You should re-read my post, because it's clear that you didn't understand.
I DID submit my address online
It DID say TV service was available.
So I filled out the order form to initiate the sign-up process. When they called back, they said while internet service is available, TV service is not available. This contradicts what the website check indicated. - El-Eric3 months ago
