Community ManagerHi ubjones - Since the sales individual advised that it is not available, it would be safe to assume that your area is not available yet. You can contact them and ask them to investigate the address if you already have fibre to your home
The rep said they would submit an request concerning my address.
But really, come on, they must know where they offer service. I mean, I'm near downtown Ottawa, about 1km from where the Prime Minister lives.
