Anyone having issues with the new Telus boxes? Specifically the PVR? I try to record something and sometimes it doesn’t record at all. Other times I’ll set up a series to record and it will record one...
The new Google boxes. The ones listed under hardware on the website.

TELUS Team MemberHi, if you are referring to the TELUS TV+ digital boxes, you may be having a similar experience to this thread.
In the recording view, "scheduled" tab, you can see all the upcoming episodes that are scheduled to record. If nothing is showing, it is likely being affected by the issue mentioned in the above thread.
