I am trying to add channels but keep getting thrown out of "manage"
It tells me there was a problem and to try again later. It has been 2 weeks...

Did you receive your first bill post-order yet? I usually see this come up after a recent service addition and it'll take a bill cycle for the self-customization to take hold.
