Telus TV + cloud pvr

Recording ends before the program ends and automatically goes to the next recording. When are changes coming to extend the length of the recording.

Recordings on “Home Network” stop 5 minutes before the ending which makes the recording feature useless. Can the metadata for Home network be changed to sync recording times with show times?

      The early start happens with all recordings but we get the end of the show except for those on Home Network.

    Hint: Include TELUS_Support​ to your question as that will notify them faster to read your post. Better yet start a new thread instead of adding to one that started in 2024.
