Official Support TeamStream+ has two tiers, Basic and Premium. It sounds like you may still be on the Basic tier, though you did mention that you got an email saying it was the Premium tier. What does it show when you log in to your My TELUS?
It shows Netflix Premium. Here’s a screenshot.
How can we fix this? Netflix Premium shows up fine on my iPad, but not the tv.- TELUS_Support
