Telus Rewards
Hello!
I got a $50 eGift certificate for Amazon through the Telus Rewards program. I cant find it in my emails and may have deleted it by mistake. I can't find any specific department that helps with the Telus Rewards program so I'm not sure who to call to help me with this! Has anybody managed to get a hold of somebody from Telus Rewards or know where I can get started trying to get my giftcard code back?

I don't think it's possible to cancel the old certificate and send you a new one but it might be possible to resend the original email. Contact customer service and ask.
Did you check the Trash folder for the email? A search in GMail does not show results from the Trash folder by default, you have to search like this:
in:trash Amazon
I did just double-check but unfortunately my trash folder auto-deletes after 30 days and I think I might have deleted it a while ago! Thanks for the suggestion
