9 months agoWhen it comes to using the Asus directly with our ONT, it might not be a straightforward plug-and-play scenario. The T3200M handles important settings and configurations specific to our internet services that other routers may not support directly. You could always look into setting your T3200M to bridge mode to see if that works.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've had the T3200M bridged for several years, working with an older model of Asus router.
Can you share details about the important settings and configurations on the T3200M related to the ONT? I want to remove the modem from my setup, and a router with an SFP(+) port seems to accomplish that as long as it can be configured to handle the ONT correctly.
