Telus PureFiber - Are ports 80 and 443 still blocked?

Conflicting reports on this. Even Telus can't seem to get their story straight:

I'm on Internet 75 and have a NAS that I need external access to. I opted to use port 8080 as I was unable to get it to work with port 80. I set this up a few years back so I'm not sure if port 80 now works or not.
There is some ramblings that if you have a dynamic IP the ports are blocked but if you have a static IP they are not. I can neither confirm or deny.
Hi, have you a static or dynamic address from Telus?
I have a dynamic address and still have my 80 and 443 blocked.

Community Power UserI believe Ports 80 and 443 are blocked for all non-business Telus accounts.
