I am having a similar experience right now with Telus. This may have to go to the CCTS as I can no longer waste my time on hold either.

As soon as I threatened to put reviews on the BBB, social media and everywhere else I could think of, they were pretty quick to get a manager in touch with me who resolved the problem pretty quick. Everyone I spoke with regarding the problem before the manager were quite happy to just shrug off the issue like they couldn’t care less. It’s too bad you have to put in so much energy just to get what you signed up for in the first place.
