Official Support TeamWithout all the info, increases in the amounts you've cited are generally related to promotional credits expiring (likely due to 2 year service agreement promos). We can have a look to see if this is the case for you. We'll send a private message your way to collect some info 🙂
Thanks for the reply, but I've already signed up for Rogers/Shaw internet. I understand that the promotion period is over, but on my salary, I can't afford my bill doubling in a couple of months. I also don't have the patience to fight with Telus over billing issues during the holiday season.
I know it's been a while but:
Grass isn't always greener on the other side. I'm on Rogers. I woke up to an extra amount on my bill, for increased rental fees. I don't remember the exact price, but it was something stupid. I had to fight them to remove them as I was on contract with them.
