Telus Hub connecting to Engenius Outdoor WiFi Bridge

We live on rural acreage and have outdoor antennas for giving internet access to our outbuildings.
But we have recently got the Telus hub which is working great in the house, but when we hook the cat5 cable in the LAN directly to the hub or via a router we don’t get any service.

Is there something I’m missing or is it not possible to do this with the Hub?
