Telus contract!

Telus keeps changing my service agreement contract since Feb 2025. I have had to call in every month because they do not keep my bill accurate. 

I recently called in due wrong equipment sent to me and then they changed my agreement again!

here is the definition of service agreement : A service agreement is a legally binding contract between a service provider and a client that formally outlines the terms and conditions of a business relationship.

So when I talked to Tristen in loyalty today he was trying to tell me that my service agreement for my smarthome security is $33 dollars, the 25 in the contract plus the easy payment financing of 7.92. Um excuse me your financing does not get included in the billing price ! or if it is I have been overcharged for the past 3 years!

Now I was put on hold..for over 2 hours !! they say I do not make sense!!
