2 months agoHi Pattydee3 - we were experiencing issues with the Connect app and we are sorry to see that you're having issues. Have you tried deleting the app and re-installing it? Any other troubleshooting steps?

Yes I’ve re-installed several times. Thanks for confirming there’s a current issue. I can’t login at all anymore.
Is it normal to not see boosters at all? Nothing I’ve done has worked, and I opened several tickets with support on the matter that got escalated but I never heard back.
