If you live in Ontario, the Telus connect app is pretty brand new for our province. I was told they're working on it. It's only available in complete working function in BC, Quebec and Alberta. Mine is saying the same thing and it shows a setup for the dx1000 modem which I don't have. I have the the new Smart hub... Everything works perfect minus the app ...

I am in Alberta.
They told me it was my wifi, they were supposed to send me the updated equipment. I am still waiting.
