Telus Connect App not working since our modem changed
Telus Connect app not showing devices, says some features are unavailable in the app, and cannot see our devices to control wifi usage. This matters because I have an 11 year old son that loves the internet!
If these steps do not work, message TELUS Support via the TELUS Neighborhood forum to have them manually sync the device, as some users have reported this requires a backend update.
Just connecting in hopes that they can manually sync our device.

could you explain how to do that on an iphone 17E. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple times, and briefly when it opens it looks like it works (but probably is connecting to old data). Not sure how to force on app.

Have you tried force closing the app? This will make the app reload your info when the app is launched.
