TELUS Connect App Issues

The app has been showing no connected devices for the past few weeks. I tried clearing the app storage to initialize it. That made no difference. I shut down the entire network and restarted it (NAH, then controller booster, then agent booster, then pvr, then stbs, then allowed the devices to connect. There should be a total of 10 devices, but the app shows zero. Quite incredibly, it knows the top three devices for traffic, even though it's reporting there are zero devices.
This app is a bad joke. It's inexcusable that Telus not only refuses to fix the app, but it also refuses to listen to feedback.
