Telus Can't Apply Novus Loyalty Discount

Hello!

I see that Novus is doing a $50/m 1GB deal, with 1 month free.

I tried to call today to get a renewal discount, since the new internet prices would be $135/m plus $20 for Unlimited Data Usage (??)

I was told that my building does not qualify for the Novus discount, but I switched from Novus to Telus 2 years ago! After discussing with the agent further, they were able to apply another discount for me. However when I inquired about my mom's account, they were not able to apply ANY discount for her, even though again she switched from Novus to Telus 2 years ago.

Can someone please help us with this issue? Much appreciated, thank you!
