Telus Account on Mozilla Thunderbird

Yes I can log into webmail.

Account also works fine in the Windows 10 email.

    If you haven't been migrated yet, then you need to set up with the old credentials.

    Try the following

    Host: IMAP.telus.net with user name & password 

    SMTP Port 1025 SMTP.telus.net User name & Password 

    Use SSL ON

    Authentication:  Password

     

     

    Else the current info is here.

      It doesn't give me an option for port 1025. I've tried with above settings and also using imap/smtp.telus.net.

      I've also try tried the procedure as in your link.

        Well I'm not sure what I did right, but it is now working.
