Telephone Pole removal
Hydro replaced the telephone pole in front of my house, in 2021. They told me that Telus will transfer the services, and remove the old pole. It's been 4 years, when will Telus remove the pole?
If the pole had Hydro on it, it's very likely owned by them. Normally they should have notified Telus that a new pole was installed but they forget. You may have to either contact Telus directly or message TELUS_Support to see if there is a way to get the lines moved over.
