    Okay TELUS_Support thank you. I haven't seen any private messages come though, should I have seen one by now?

     

    Also, I'm not sure if the picture I attached of my transceiver module made it through in my original post or not, so here it is again, attached in a different way, in case that's helpful for a tech who might come to inspect my hardware (I hope it's pretty clearly not the correct transceiver for the PureFibre X Internet 3G plan I'm on😞
