T3200M not wired for Gigabit from ONT

Telus only provides a standard 5ft ethernet cable. Do you know how to run the ethernet cable from your basement to your main floor?
You do NOT want an ethernet cable over 100m as that's the max length a run supports. Telus provides more than just a 5ft ethernet cable.
jjdinks If you are unable to bypass that adapter and get an ethernet cable pulled through and connected to where the T3200 is, please call Telus. If they installed that adapter and it's limiting your speed, they will need to correct it. If there is a coax jack near where the T3200 is located, they may even be able to put a MoCA adapter where the ONT is located and use coax to get the signal to the T3200.
