T3200m DNS host mapping

Question

Hi,&nbsp;How do I get dns host mapping to work? My firmware version is&nbsp;31.164L.22when I do a nslookup of the mapped address it returns:***&nbsp;node-1w7jr9n24twqzs2cg5ed4tjl4.ipv6.telus.net&nbsp;can't find local.fmams: Non-existent domain&nbsp;-Tomas

I'm still not sure what you are trying to do. FWIW this is what I've done to access my NAS from various systems on my LAN.&nbsp;Assigned it the name in the network configurations such as MyNAS and give it a static IP address (192.168.1.100)On the router I have reserved that IP address (192.168.1.100)In DNS Mapping I have assigned the name MyNAS to 192.168.1.100&nbsp;From a Windows file explorer I am able to access the NAS shares via \MyNasFrom a web browser I am able to access the web interface with http://MyNas&nbsp;I need the appropriate services running on my NAS to make this happen (SMB, HTTP).&nbsp;I hope that helps.
