Super Slow Internet (Modem Reset & Restart Not Helping) How to Get Service?
Hi folks,
I'm in the Parksville area. I don't see that there are any service outages here. I have super slow internet the last 3 days (4.1 mbps down / 0.5 up). Modem restart & reset do not help. I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get support. I have better things to do. Anybody know of a direct phone number to get to the service department?
