2 hours agoHi Natascha - if you are experiencing all these issues it's more than likely that it's a provisioning issue on our end. If you call us using your landline, part of troubleshooting or trying to fix the provisioning issue means that the number will be taken offline while work is being done so it's best to call using a different phone.
