Official Support TeamHey Apple4u - Try this! Because the interactive Stingray app is running in the background, a single "OK" click fails to clear its cache. Press the Guide button. Type in 104 (or your desired channel).Immediately double-click the "OK" button very rapidly. There must be absolutely zero delay between the two clicks.
