Stream+ won’t activate

Signed up for stream+. Activation links don’t work. Message come up can’t display page, refresh or return later. Tried all troubleshooting, read all articles. No current Disney or prime account. Just doesn’t work. Telus Ai chatbot useless. Help!!! Ready to cancel already.
