Official Support TeamAs for the program recording two simultaneous streams, it could be due to certain programs airing on two separate channels at the same time. Many major network programs such as this air for example on CBS and Global. As for the other recording issue, we've flagged it to our Optik team and once they have an update for us, we'll let you know!
