My stingray music channel disappeared recently. I had uploaded the app to my phone, used my Telus account to sign in and today I notice I am no longer subscribed and need to pay for the app on my pho...
Can you try to delete the app and re-download. This always helps with our 3rd party apps with TELUS log in credentials.

I do not subscribe but 585 does work. Seems like you lost the subscription
