Steam+ prime subscription
Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade the prime membership in the stream+ package to ad free? I'm worried that if I upgrade it through Amazon I'll start getting charged double or no longer get the stream+ discount.

Hi mbbrook - we also have Stream+ without ads. You can upgrade through My TELUS so you can see the price that you'd be paying if you upgrade. Send us a private message if you have any questions and we'll be happy to help!
Do you mean just going from stream+ basic to stream+ premium? I already have stream+ premium but only Amazon Prime is not ad free. When I go to My TELUS the only options I have are to downgrade to stream+ basic, to cancel, or to open the related streaming app.
