Community Power UserI would try using your modem IP address. This is still a dynamic address but it's likely the only address you can try to make work for VPN. You can find it on the login page for your T3200M under WAN connection status. I believe the only time this address could change is when you restart the T3200M. My router currently has been up for 218 days.

No, I don't restart it everyday. Since I'm living in a very small place I like to unplug it at night which changes the IP address.
