Splitting my Wi-Fi signal to dual band

Unfortunately that does not give me the opportunity to get to smart screening, I have their new hub style modem. No way to enable or disable in admin. Thanks anyway

Community Power UserCorrect, the new hub does not allow smart steering to be turned off. Might the addition of an Access Point better address the issue of 2.4 G connections?
