Sound fade

TelusTV+ recorded shows are again having disappearing or fade in/out sound issues. This can be fixed by turning off and on, and resuming the recorded show.

But also I will go to settings and find surround sound is turned on again, turn it off AGAIN and the problem goes away. I suspect an update resets to their preferred setting.
