Hello...I too have a Sony Bravia smart 55" Tv  - Model X85K, and no matter how I try, I can't program my telus Optic control to work...W have an older (10yrs) Bravia in another room and it works find....Help, Please.

    You can try the following steps, and if it doesn't work you can give our Tech Support team a call at 1-888-811-2323 so they can assist.

     

    1. Press and hold both the input and OK buttons on your remote for 3 seconds. The green LED should stay on.

    2.  Enter the code 022 using the number pad. The green LED will blink twice and then go off. 

    3. Test the mute or volume up/down button. If these work, you're done.
