SonicWall Global VPN Client - No loner working

I have a SonicWall Global VPN client (software) to connect to my office and everything was working two or three days ago. It now no longer works. Has there been any updates to block access? I wish we would be notified of these things.

Apparently it is a CGNAT issue? How do we fix this? So frustrating.
