Official Support TeamHello rhvic, TELUS does not have any control over the programmation offered by CTV, feel free to reach out to them directly if you do not like the content. Not subscribing to them is also a good way to let them know about your sentiment over their programming.
I agree, I will vote by not subscribing. I am wondering though which marketing genius thought it would be a good idea to showcase these two channels when all they present is one series each. At other times of year, they might have more diverse programming. But these two CTV channels seem to be 'free' only during the period around Christmas when they have very little to offer.
As for contacting CTV directly, it does not seem possible to find an email address for them on their web site. And I do not post on any social media platforms, so that route is out.
