so many songs on the stingray karaoke channel don't work
So why are so many songs on Stingray Karaoke not working? I tried picking from the top Rock list and only 1 of the top 8 or so songs on the list would load, most gave a generic "check your internet ...
I did try restarting the box, but that did not change anything.
The songs that don't work, also don't work on my other box.

Official Support TeamIs it happening in just the one genre? Have you checked other genres (just to cover all bases)?
Hi, I does happen in other genres, but is less common or rare in newer additions to the catalogue. It seems to be more of a problem with songs that have been on the list for a long time, but I didn't spend a ton of time going through it.
For example Hotel California - Eagles did not work on either TV, and from the same list in the Rock genre Zombie - Cranberries did (again on both TVs)

Hi there - just following up on this. Our team isn't able to reproduce the issue so they may need to open a ticket with the vendor. Can you confirm it's still an issue and if so, can you specify whether it's happening to an entire catalogue or just specific songs? Thank you 🙂
