Smarthome App

I have spent more then 10 hours dealing with Telus and no one can fix this issue. Every time i go to login into the app it says its not linked or set up but it is. No one  has a clue how to fix it an...

Yes tried Telus again with no help. At this point I have paid for a security system for like 9 months and it doesn’t work. Will be cancelling service

    Is the security itself giving you an error or just trouble getting into the app? What methods have you tried to fix it?

      The app and without the app it’s pointless to even have it and no one at Telus seems to be able to figure it out

        I have spent over 15 hours on the phone with Telus and it still won’t work.
